1. I didn't receive my ebook, can you help me?

You should have been directed to the download page after your purchase.  If you did not download the ebook at that time, please email a copy of your purchase confirmation to support [at] bankruptcymortgagebook [dot] com.  Please allow us sufficient time to check our database to confirm your purchase.

2. None of the links in the ebook work, what is the problem?

You need to have Version 6.0 or higher of Adobe Acrobat Reader.  Click here to go to the Adobe site for a free download.

3. I got a "cannot display page" error, when I clicked on the link to download the book.  How can I get the book?

This may happen from time to time if the server is busy.  Try again in a minute and if it still persists, send an email to support [at] bankruptcymortgagebook [dot] com.
